Dear members of the BMW MINI family,
I hope you and your families have been safe during these unprecedented times. Yesterday, the Government finally allowed our authorized service departments to re-open as of tomorrow April 15th to perform oil changes, tire changes, safety repairs and scheduled BMW MINI maintenance.
As the temperature warms up, it is important for your car to be ready for spring, however, we will have to follow strict protocols for both your safety and that of our employees and thus we must follow the strict guidelines of our Government.
All service reservations will be by appointment only. We are not allowed access to clients in our premises at this time.
For any appointments please contact: [email protected] & 450-682-1212. ( Mon-Thurs: 8 am - 5pm & Friday: 8 am - 4pm)
All repair acceptances and copy of invoices will be sent via Text or email.
In order to respect the government outlines, our employees must respect the minimum 2 meter distance and thus we will be working with a reduced team.
No clients are allowed to wait in our premises for their cars while in service. We suggest that you arrange for your own transportation to and from our premises while we work on your car. We will advise you as soon as your car is ready.
We are in the process of sanitizing our dealership, increasing sanitary stations upon entry and exit of the dealership.
All cars will be sanitized before and after service, all cars will be protected with seat covers, steering wheel covers, shifter covers. Our staff will be handling your vehicles with gloves.
We will not be able to wash your car upon service completion.
Our designated staff will meet you outside our service entrance and explain further protocols and procedures.
Our reservation department will explain all the procedures once we book your service appointment.
We expect to be operational as of Monday April 20th but will still handle any emergency this week.
We hope that this situation has reached its peak and that we are on our way to a recovery. Until then, it is our mutual responsibility to keep everyone safe.
We are currently working on a no contact sales department, with more details in the upcoming days.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
